We offer a wide range of landscaping and related services, including but not limited to:

    • Landscaping: Sod installation, gutter cleaning, weeding and edging, pruning and planting, fall and spring clean-up, lawn care, mulch service, and general property maintenance.

    • Irrigation Services: Maintenance, improvements, new system installations, opening, and winterizing.

    • Masonry: Patios, walkways, driveways, stepstones, retaining walls, and cobblestone edges.

    • Construction: Drainage, renovation, transplanting, Bobcat services, outdoor lighting, and landscaping design.

    • Fence Services: Repairs, custom-made fences, outside showers, and new fence installations.

    • Blowouts & Winterization: Professional services to protect irrigation systems from winter damage.

All Services are provided on a project-specific basis. Details, scopes, and pricing will be outlined in a separate service agreement or quote provided to you.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Website or Services, you agree to:

4. Quotes, Payments, and Pricing

    • Pricing is determined by the scope of work, materials, and labor required. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

    • Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required upfront, with the balance due upon completion.

    • We accept payments via Cash, Checks, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, and Credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX..)

    • Late payments may incur fees or interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

    • Cancellations must be made in writing at least [specify, e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled start date.

    • Deposits may be non-refundable if work has commenced or materials have been ordered.

    • Refunds for completed Services are at our discretion and only if there is a material breach on our part.

    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other uncontrollable factors, with reasonable notice.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

    • We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using qualified personnel.

    • Materials provided by us come with manufacturer warranties where applicable; we do not provide additional warranties for third-party products.
